NMGS COVID-19 Update

Due to the current situation and local updates in regards to COVID-19, all league activities (games, practices, team meetings/gatherings, and other league related events) will be suspended through at least Friday March 20th effective immediately. The board will make a determination on how to proceed moving forward after that over the next few days. NMGS will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves. We appreciate your understanding.

We Are

Fun and Competitive Play

The Mission of Newport Mesa Girls Softball is to provide a positive and safe environment for girls to participate in friendly competition, develop athletic skills and build self-esteem while learning to play the game of fastpitch softball.  Newport Mesa Girls Softball is dedicated to the principles of teamwork, sportsmanship, friendship, leadership and citizenship.  Managers, coaches, players and parents will strive to live by these principles both on and off the field.

Our team of volunteers are always here to help you.

When you’re a parent, it’s almost inevitable that at some point you will run into questions. That’s especially true in case you’re new to softball… Being aware of that, we want you to know that there is team by your side! Our board of directors and volunteers are parents too, so we are determined to answer questions you might have! Whether you have questions about selecting equipment, simple catching drills that you can do with your daughter or anything in between…
